Angel Locsin was spotted being sweet with Neil Arce, her rumored boyfriend, while they were taking a trip in New Zealand for Anne and Erwan's wedding. They are riding on a mini bus, seems like they were on their way to explore the beauty in New Zealand and Angel was taking a video with Neil at her side (conversation inaudible).
