Manila, Philippines — Ito ay non-invasive na medical procedure na dapat sana’y safe lang.
Pero something went wrong at naging dahilan pa ito ng pagkalagay ng buhay ni Moira sa panganib.
Dalawang buwan bago ikasal si Moira kay Jason Hernandez, nagpa-rhinoplasty si Moira or in other words siya’y nagpa-nose job.
Sa interview ni Moira sa Magandang Buhay this Tuesday, September 3, Moira, 25, revealed that the procedure-gone-wrong brought about a lot of risks and sacrifices: she was in and out of the hospital for three months, and was in danger of losing her eyesight or experiencing an aneurysm.
Sa kanyang interview last August, isinalaysay ni Moira kung gaano siya naghirap at kung paano niya natamo ang kanyang injury.

“Well, basically, may nagkamali, and my nose went on necrosis. And it was a very simple procedure. It’s non-invasive. But it went wrong.
“Hindi po siya naagapan agad because we had no idea what was happening.”
Ang Necrosis ayon sa Oxford dictionary ay "the death of most or all of the cells in an organ or tissue due to disease, injury, or failure of the blood supply.
“Una po yung career kasi nasa gitna siya ng mukha,” she said. “'Tapos naaapektuhan ang boses. And then later on, eventually, na-realize namin malala na siya.”
“Parang naaapektuhan na yung optic nerve, so sobrang laki ng possibility na mabulag ako.
“Nagkaroon din siya ng blood clotting, so nagka-high risk din po ako ng aneurysm.”
"I don’t think I would have been this strong and this brave if not for my husband," she said.
“Sobrang faith lang talaga every day, kasi kahit yung doktor, wala ding sure na mapapagaling.
“Kasi yung last na na-treat niya na patient na nangyari din yon, nabulag.
“And so it was very scary, but God is good.
“I’m back at work,” the singer beamed.
“Imagine for three months… alam mo mas marami pa ang tao na mas malala pa yung pinagdaanan, so naging inspirasyon din sila para sa akin.
“It was really God na lang.
“Hindi mo rin kasi mati-test yung faith mo until may mga options ka pa na panghahawakan, e.
