  • Kahit dito sa abroad, it is the landlord or owner’s responsibility to make the rental property habitable. It’s not the tenant’s fault. Binabash nyo agad ang tao.
  • true owner talaga or management ang reliable regardless of the cost lalo kung di at fault ang tenant. wala ba silang contract na pinirmahan prior to renting the unit? it should be stated in the lease contract kung sino ang liable. some pa nga if the unit is not livable the owner or management provides temporary shelter sa tenant while fixing the problem
