Doctor sa Negros Occidental Kalaboso Pagkatapos Makipagtalo sa Pulis Dahil Hindi ito Pinalusot sa Checkpoint

An arrogant doctor in Negros Occidental got arrested and jailed for defaming policemen manning at check-up point of Bacolod City border.

Kalaboso ang sinapit ng isang Doctor sa Negros Occidental pagkatapos nitong makipagtalo sa mga pulis na naka-assign sa border checkpoint ng Bacolod at Talisay, April 4, Saturday. Ang pangalan ng doktor ay si  Dr. Howell Exmundo, a medical officer 3 and resident of Sagay City, Negros Occidental ito'y ayon sa report ng Bombo Radyo Bacolod.

Ang dahilan kung bakit hindi ito pinatawid ng mga pulis ay dahil hindi raw sapat na dahilan ang magpaayos lang ng bike at papasok sa Bacolod. Dahil na rin dito nanirang puri ang doktor kaya naman hinuli ito ng mga pulis. 

According to report, Bacolod City Police Office spokesperson Police Lt. Col. Police Ariel Pico, said the doctor should be aware of the policies implemented between Enhanced Community Quarantine or ECQ to prevent coronavirus 2019 (COVID-19).

Pico added that it is not appropriate for the doctor to deflect the police personnel who are guarding the city border for trying to get in for personal reasons. In addition, police have put their lives in jeopardy to ensure that those inside the city are protected.

The arrogant doctor will face a violation of Article 359 of the Revised Penal Code or oral defamation and a violation of Article 151 or disobedience to persons in authority.
