Asuncion na isang FM radio station owner dahil sa kasong estafa na ikinaso sa
kanya ng isang German national. Sa bagong upload ng Raffy Tulfo In
Action nahuli ng mga pulis si Mr. Asuncion na matagal na palang nagtatago sa
mga kapulisan at dahil sa tulong i Raffy Tulfo na nakipagtulungan sa kapulisan
ay sa wakas siya ay nahuli.
Sa kuwento ni Raffy Tulfo ay maingat at mailap itong si Asuncion at pa-iba iba
ng pasya kung makikipag-meet ito kay Raffy Tulfo para sabihin din ang side
niya dahil inireklamo rin siya ng nanay ni Ivana Alawi dahil sa nangyari sa
kanyang anak na si Amira Alawi na kanya rin nabuntis at ayaw panagutan ang
anak kaya naman sa reklamo ng mommy ni Ivana ay naging daan ito para mahuli
ang suspek.
Sa report naman ng KAMI: "The foreigner was allegedly defrauded by Asuncion
that cost him P30 million. In a new episode of his program, Raffy Tulfo showed
how Asuncion was eventually captured by the police. Asuncion has been hiding
for months to avoid being arrested for estafa so Tulfo tried to set up a
personal meeting and help the police finally catch him. After the radio
station owner canceled their meeting a few times, Tulfo was finally able to
convince Asuncion on the phone to meet up with him. As Tulfo and Asuncion was
meeting at an ATM, the latter was apprehended by the cops. "
"However, Asuncion tried to fight off the cops and escape from them but to no
avail. The suspect has also been accused of mentally abusing Ivana Alawi’s
sister, Amara Alawi, and neglecting his baby with her. In another complaint, a
woman accused Asuncion of mistreating her as a tenant of his condominium
unit."
